Creating an Account
METRO curb2curb and Community Connector customers:
You can create an account by downloading the METRO On Demand app. Once you open it, select the “Register” button. You'll need your name, phone number, email address and a password.
METROLift customers:
If you have an email address on file with METROLift, an account has already been registered for you. When logging in for the first time, you'll need to create a password. After downloading the app, tap the “Sign in” button and then the "Forgot Your Password?" link. Enter your email address to receive an email with instructions to set up a new password.
If you don't have an email address on file with METROLift and would like to add one, contact METROLift Customer Service at 713-225-0119.
You have the option of entering your real name or a nickname when creating your account. However, the email address and phone number you enter must actually exist so that confirmations can be sent and received.
After launching the On Demand app, tap the “Sign In” button, then tap “Forgot your password?” You'll be asked to enter the email address that you used when you registered. You'll then be sent an email with instructions to reset your password.
If, after trying that, you still can’t access your account, call 713-739-RIDE (7433) for METRO curb2curb or Community Connector support, or 713-225-0119 for METROLift support.
