METROLift customers:

An account has already been registered for you, and a temporary password has been assigned. Enter the email address you have with METROLift and tap "Forgot your password?" You'll then receive an email with instructions to set up a new password.

You have the option of entering your real name or a nickname when creating your account. However, the email address and phone number you enter must actually exist so that confirmations can be sent and received.

If you still can’t access your account, call METRO curb2curb at 713-739-RIDE (7433) or METROLift at 713-225-0119.

You’ll receive another text when your vehicle has arrived. As a courtesy to the other riders and in order to stay on schedule, the driver is only allowed to wait one minute. Please be at your pickup location ready to go in time for when your vehicle arrives.

On METROLift:

It will function as a transfer from one METRO curb2curb shuttle to another.
