Holiday Schedules

In celebration of the Thanksgiving holiday, METRO service schedules will be adjusted on Thursday, Nov. 27 and Friday, Nov. 28. Please note that schedules may also be affected by weather conditions and holiday-related events. On this page, you'll find:

Holiday Schedule

Refer to the table below to learn how services will be affected on Thursday, Nov. 27 and Friday, Nov. 28.

METRO Operated HOV/HOT Lanes

Will have modified hours on Wednesday, Nov. 26:

  • Inbound lanes will be open from 5 a.m.-10 a.m.
  • Outbound lanes will be open from 11 a.m.-8 p.m.

Will be closed on Thursday, Nov. 27 and Friday, Nov. 28.

METROLift

Reservations and customer service will be closed.

All subscription trips will be cancelled.

To schedule trips for Thursday, Nov. 27, through Monday, Dec. 1, you can:

  • Book multi-day trips using our online trip planner (customer ID and password required).
  • Call our automated reservation line, which accepts voice commands and keypad entries at 713-739-4690 between 5 a.m. and 5 p.m., one day prior to travel.
  • Call a live agent at 713-225-7616 between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 26.
METRO Customer Contact CenterWill be closed on Thursday, Nov. 27 and open on Friday, Nov. 28, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
METRO RideStore LocationsWill be closed
METRO Lost & FoundWill be closed
