METRO staff is actively involved in the Houston region in a variety of ways, including:

  • Promoting METRONow initiatives
  • Partnering with local organizations to promote public transit
  • Educating students and seniors about discounted fare options
  • Connecting record-breaking crowds to major events
  • Launching new services
