Reload Your Fare Card

The METRO Q Fare Card is being discontinued and replaced with the new RideMETRO Fare Card. You can still use your METRO Q Fare Card for a short time, but you can't add money to it after Jan. 31.

Here's what you need to do:

• Create a RideMETRO account
• Get a physical or virtual RideMETRO Fare Card 
• Use up your METRO Q Fare Card balance
