You can obtain a new full fare METRO Q® Fare Card or METRO Day Pass at any participating METRO retailer. Add value to the card and call METRO Customer Service at 713-635-4000 to register your new full fare METRO Q® Fare Card. Please see the retailer list under the menu item METRO Q® Retailers.
Please fill out the following form to receive a new registered full fare METRO Q® Fare Card or METRO Day Pass with balance protection. Once you receive your new full fare METRO fare card, you can add value to it.
