METRO on Univision Houston

METRO's Director of Communications Anna Carpenter recently did an interview with Univision Houston to talk about the Community Connector and the 500 IAH Downtown Direct.

METRO Director of Communications Anna Carpenter recently joined Univision Houston to share how METRO is expanding and improving transit options across our growing region. During the interview, she highlighted new and enhanced services designed to make traveling easier, more reliable, and more accessible for families and commuters alike.

In the interview, two key services were highlighted to make travel easier for riders: the Route 500 to IAH, which offers fast, affordable service to George Bush Intercontinental Airport; and the Community Connector, providing convenient on-demand trips within neighborhood zones. She noted how these options are supported by METRO’s ongoing improvements to deliver a safe, clean, reliable, and accessible experience for riders.
