At METRO, we're committed to providing safe, clean, reliable, accessible, and friendly public transportation services to the Houston region. This commitment drives us to continuously seek ways to enhance the customer experience, and community input is vital. Your voice matters!

We invite you to participate in the METRO Feedback Loop to share your perspective on routes, schedules, projects, accessibility, and more. It is a direct line of communication between riders, community members and METRO staff.

These regular surveys help METRO better understand your needs, and as a token of appreciation for participating, you can win prizes, including gift cards, tickets, or even tablets!

 

Joining the Feedback Loop is a breeze and takes about two minutes. You will then receive survey invitations via email. If you're 18 or older, a legal resident of the METRO service area, and don’t work for METRO, you're eligible.
