If you’ve been riding METRO in the past year, we’d like to know about your experiences and how we’re delivering on our mission to provide safe, clean, reliable, accessible and friendly public transportation services.

On our Customer Satisfaction Survey, you’ll be able to tell us:

• How you use METRO
• What’s important to you
• How satisfied you are with METRO’s services

Just for completing and submitting your survey responses, you'll have the option to enter a drawing for a chance to win one of four $100 METRO Q® Fare Cards.

You must be 18 or older to participate.

The survey should only take you about 5 minutes to complete and all responses are anonymous – you won’t need to provide your name.
