located in the heart of downtown Houston, off the
METRORail line, providing easy access from points of
interest throughout the city. Airport Direct is never far

Finding the Airport Direct concierge desk at IAH
is simple, too. We’re conveniently located in the
baggage claim area in Terminal C. Grab your bags,
book your ride and you’re off to downtown Houston.
With buses leaving every 30 minutes, the wait isn’t
long for Airport Direct.

RIDE FIRST CLASS
Visiting the city on business? On your ride into the city, METRO will notify your hotel of your arrival at the Airport Direct Passenger Plaza to allow for a timely pick-up. Then before your return trip, simply let your hotel know of your departure plans and allow the hotel concierge to arrange transportation to the Passenger Plaza for a worry-free ride to IAH on METRO Airport Direct.
Local resident looking for a ride to the airport? Use one of METRO’s convenient bus or rail routes to get to the Airport Direct Passenger Plaza.
GETTING YOUR TICKET TO RIDE IS EASY!
Let us handle the arrangements – a METRO Airport Direct Concierge will coordinate your ride - just call 713-635-4000. Passengers are expected to handle their own air travel arrangements, and METRO is not responsible for missed flights, lost luggage or other related issues. You are encouraged to schedule your Airport Direct trip with ample time to make your flight.
METRO Q® FARE CARD
Take advantage of even more perks when you use your METRO Q®, or purchase a single-use METRO Money fare item.
- Use cash or your credit card to put money on your METRO Q® or purchase METRO Money in increments of $15.
- Your balance is always protected when you register your METRO Q®. To register your METRO Q®, simply call the METRO Q® Help Desk at 713-635-4000.
- METRO Money is not eligible for balance protection or registration and is non-refundable.
- Receive one free trip for every five paid rides on the Airport Direct when you use your METRO Q®.
- Students, Seniors, Medicare cardholders and the disabled receive a discounted fare when using METRO Q®.
