METRO’s Memorial Day Holiday Schedule
In observance of the Memorial Day holiday, METRO will operate on the following schedule:
- Buses and METRORail will run on a Sunday schedule on Memorial Day, Monday, May 27, 2013.
- There will be no Park & Ride service.
- METROLift’s Reservations and Customer Care offices will be closed Monday, May 27, 2013. All Monday subscription trips will be cancelled. To schedule a trip for Tuesday, May 28, you must call the reservation line at 713-225-6716 on Friday, May 24, from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., or use MACS-WEB (METROLift Automated Computer System) or MACS (METROLift Automated Calling System) from 5 a.m. to 5 p.m. the day before you need to travel. When using MACS or MACS-WEB, you will need your client ID and password.
- The Veterans Memorial bus will operate between North Shepherd P&R and F.M. 1960 from 7:00 a.m. until 1:30 p.m.
- METRO’s RideStore and Lost & Found will be closed.
METRO’s Customer Care Center will be open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. and can be contacted through the METROLine at 713-635-4000 or 713-635-6993 (TDD).

To schedule a trip for Tuesday, May 28, you must call the Reservation line at 713-225-6716 on Friday, May 24, from 8 a.m. until 6 p.m. We are extending the time to schedule trips for multiple days.
Remember, you may schedule a trip the day before you need to travel by using MACS at 713-225-6716 or MACS-WEB at RideMETRO.org from 5 a.m. to 5 p.m. You will need your client ID and password.

Horarios de METRO para el Día de los Caídos
En conmemoracion del dia festivo del Día de los Caídos, METRO funcionara con los siguientes
horarios:
- Los autobuses y METRORail funcionaran con el horario del domingo el Día de los Caídos, lunes 27 de mayo de 2013.
- No habra servicio de Park & Ride.
- Las oficinas de Reservas y Atencion al Cliente de METROLift estaran cerradas el lunes 27 de mayo de 2012. Todos los viajes de suscripción del lunes serán cancelados. Para programar un viaje para el martes 28 de mayo, debe llamar a la linea de reservas al 713-225-6716 el viernes 24 de mayo, desde las 8 a.m. hasta las 6 p.m., o bien puede usar MACS‐WEB (el sistema informatico automatizado de METROLift) o MACS (el sistema automatico de llamadas de METROLift) desde las 5 a.m. hasta las 5 p.m. el dia antes al que necesite viajar. Cuando use MACS o MACS‐WEB, necesitara su ID de cliente y su contrasena.
- El autobus Veterans Memorial estara en servicio entre el North Shepherd P&R y F.M. 1960 desde las 7:00 a.m. hasta 1:30 p.m.
- La oficina de Objetos Perdidos de METRO estara cerrada.
