If you choose this option, the complaint against you will be dismissed without any criminal finding upon receipt of payment within 30 days. By choosing this option you are waiving your right to a jury trial. If you choose to not waive that right, you may proceed through the judicial system by following the instructions on the citation.
If you choose to pay METRO the $75 fee, DO NOT go to court or contact the City of Houston.
