Manage your tickets, payment and account information with your unique username and password by visiting ridemetro.transitsherpa.com.

Select Fare

Choose the ticket or pass that best fits your travel needs.

Pay

Enter your credit or debit card number. You have the option of saving this information for future purchases.

Activate/Show Ticket

Select “My Tickets” from the METRO Q Mobile Ticketing menu, choose the ticket you wish to use, and tap “Use Ticket.”

Show this activated ticket to a bus operator, ticket inspector or METRO Police Officer when asked to present your ticket.
