Metro Has Opened Gulf Freeway Hov Lane To All Traffic

METRO is opening up the Gulf Freeway HOV lane to all traffic due to a non-METRO accident at Griggs and I-45, which has shut down all northbound lanes of the freeway. The Gulf HOV lane will remain open to all traffic through the morning rush hour.
