WHO:  Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee (D-TX); METRO Board Chairman Gilbert
            Garcia; Larry V. Green, Esq., CEO of HoustonWorks, USA

U.S. Representative Sheila Jackson Lee (D-TX), METRO, Parsons and Houston Rapid Transit (HRT) are launching an initiative that will train up to 2,000 individuals to work on the agency’s light-rail expansion project.
