METRORAIL WEEKEND SERVICE INTERRUPTION

METRO has scheduled light-rail track maintenance work this weekend. Please note the following METRORail service interruptions.

When:Saturday, May 30 and Sunday, May 31, 2009
5:30 a.m. - 2 p.m.
Where:Between Downtown Transit Center Station and UH Downtown Station
Why:Track Maintenance Work

During these times, there will be no rail service between Downtown Transit Center Station and UH Downtown Station.

METRO will operate dedicated “Rail Shuttle” buses every 15 minutes between 5:30 a.m. and 2 p.m. Regular rail service will operate between Fannin South and Downtown Transit Center Stations.

METRO personnel will be available to provide assistance. Normal service will resume each day by 2 p.m.
