POWER OUTAGE KNOCKS OUT METRO PHONE SERVICE AND COMPUTER SYSTEM APPLICATIONS

METRO is working to restore its phone service and computer system applications affected by a power outage that happened at its headquarters around 8:30 a.m. this morning.
As a result of the outage, METRO's call center is currently unavailable. However, METRO's Web site is available. Customers are encouraged to use the Google trip planner feature on the website, www.ridemetro.org, to plan their trips.
METRO appreciates its customers' patience.
