Routing METRO routes – A Look Behind The Process

metro mattersMETRO has one of the largest service areas among transit agencies – covering 1,285 square miles with more than 1,220 buses. That’s a lot of ground to cover. To do so, you need a lot of routes. Currently, METRO operates more than 130 routes.
