METROLift Launches MACS-WEB

Booking your trip on METROLift just got easier.

METRO recently implemented a new online trip-planning tool --MACS-WEB-- that aims to simplify the scheduling, verifying or cancellation process for people with disabilities.

As one of the largest paratransit services in the country – METROLift books some 5,000 trips every day.

On the latest edition of METRO Matters, Art Jackson, director of transportation programs at METRO, talks about MACS-WEB and how patrons can benefit from this new feature.
