My METRO Q® is where you load your METRO Q® Fare Card and check its current balance.
There are two ways to add money to your card – a one-time payment and METRO’s subscription service.
With a subscription account, you set the amount you want added automatically to the card when the amount drops to a set limit.
To get a subscription account, you must register your card by calling METRO’s Customer Service Line at 713-635-4000.
To use this site, a METRO Q® Fare Card holder will need a METRO-supplied password. To get a password, call 713-635-4000.
Your user account is your email.
IMPORTANT TO NOTE: The money you load onto your card will show up on your METRO Q® Fare Card the next day, when you tap your METRO Q® Fare Card.
