Has your METRO Q® Fare Card expired or will it expire soon? If your expired card has a balance, you can still ride METRO until the balance has been used up.
Once the balance is depleted, obtain a new card from METRO or your local retailer. Note - an expired METRO Q® Fare Card cannot be reloaded.
There is no charge for the card.
Check your METRO Q® Fare Card here. Enter your METRO Q® number found at the back of your card, as shown on the picture on the left. Enter your METRO Q® Card number with no commas or leading zeros.
For example, 0000257321 enter as 257321.
