To help us assist you when riding the bus, we ask customers to:

• Treat METRO operators with respect.
• Respect the privacy, safety and needs of other METRO customers.
• Be at the bus stop five minutes before your bus is scheduled to depart.
• Be prepared to board and have the fare ready when the bus arrives at the bus stop.
