METRO is woven into the very fabric of this region. We strive to increase knowledge and awareness of METRO programs and services, and thereby, increase ridership.

By working with the community, we create strong neighborhoods and improve the quality of life for Houston-area residents. Every day, residents count on METRO to go to work, school, libraries, houses of worship and other activities. METRO sponsors numerous How to Ride educational programs, as well as other activities to inform the community about our services.
